SVC-06 / Turn-key site solutions

Turn-key sites,
from bare ground
to move-in.

Sometimes you need more than buildings. You need a working site. World Wide Modular delivers turn-key site solutions that take raw land to an occupied, operating facility under one contract: site assessment, civil works, utilities, modular buildings, fit-out, and commissioning. One team, one schedule, and one point of accountability mean no gaps between the modular supplier, the civil contractor, and the utility installer.

What turn-key covers

One contract.
Every layer
of the site.

SEC / 01

Each layer of a site depends on the others. Pads have to match the modules, utilities have to match the occupancy, and the schedule has to hold all of it. We plan them together from the first survey.

TKS / 01

Site assessment
& permitting

Site selection, surveys, geotechnical review, environmental considerations, and the permitting pathway are worked out before design is locked.

TKS / 02

Civil &
site works

Clearing, grading, drainage, foundations, pads, internal roads, parking, and laydown areas are built to match the module delivery plan.

TKS / 03

Utilities &
infrastructure

Power generation or grid connection, potable water, wastewater treatment, fuel storage, lighting, and data networks, planned for on-grid or fully off-grid sites.

TKS / 04

Modular
buildings

Accommodation, offices, kitchens, ablutions, clinics, and industrial buildings are factory-built to one coordinated specification while the site is prepared.

TKS / 05

Fit-out &
furnishing

Furniture, fixtures, equipment, appliances, and signage are installed, so the site is ready to use on day one.

TKS / 06

Commissioning
& support

Systems are tested and commissioned, then handed over with documentation and training. Ongoing maintenance, expansion, and relocation support are available on request.

Housing a
remote workforce?

Our turn-key approach powers complete workforce camps, including accommodations, remote hospitality, and camp operations.

How turn-key delivery works

Site and building,
one schedule.

SEC / 02

The factory and the site run in parallel under one plan. Because modules are fabricated while the ground is prepared, delivery time can drop by 30–50% compared with conventional construction.

01

Assess &
permit

We review the site, access, ground conditions, utility options, and approvals, then define the scope and responsibilities.

02

Engineer
the whole site

Site layout, civil design, utility sizing, and building design are engineered together, with sign-off before fabrication starts.

03

Build in
parallel

Modules are built in the factory while crews grade, pour, and install utilities on site. Logistics are planned to match the setting sequence.

04

Commission &
hand over

Buildings are set and connected, systems are tested, and the site is handed over ready to occupy, with ongoing support if you need it.

Every project gets its own sequence and scope, planned for its climate and terrain: arctic, desert, coastal, continental, jungle, or remote and off-grid.

Where turn-key fits

Built for sites
with nothing
on them yet.

Turn-key delivery pays off most when there is no existing infrastructure, the schedule is tight, or the site is far from local contractors.

Workforce camps

Complete employee housing with accommodations, dining, and utilities for remote projects. See employee housing ↗

02

Remote & off-grid facilities

Self-sufficient sites with their own power, water, and wastewater systems where there are no utility connections.

03

Defense & government

Mission-ready compounds with housing, ablutions, and support buildings, delivered with security and compliance in mind.

04

Commercial & community sites

Clinics, schools, offices, and hospitality sites that need land prepared and serviced before the buildings arrive.

Turn-key / FAQs

Questions
worth asking
early.

What does turn-key mean at WWM?

One team takes responsibility for the whole site, from assessment and permitting through civil works, utilities, buildings, fit-out, and commissioning. You get one contract and one schedule, and the site is handed over ready to occupy.

Can we use turn-key for part of the scope?

Yes. If you already have a civil contractor or utility provider, we can define the interfaces and deliver the rest. Responsibilities are confirmed in the project agreement.

Can the site run fully off-grid?

Yes. Power generation, water treatment, wastewater handling, fuel storage, and satellite connectivity can be planned for sites without utility connections and sized to peak occupancy.

What determines the cost of a turn-key site?

Site conditions, access, utility requirements, building count and specification, delivery distance, and the level of fit-out all shape the budget. Share what you know so we can scope the full site.

What do you need from us to start?

The site location, intended use, occupancy or headcount, target occupancy date, and any surveys, utility information, or approvals you already have.
